Insurance coverage
If you have a heart murmur you will need to be pre-medicated with an antibiotic before most dental procedures.  Let us know before your appointment.

If you have artificial heart valves or joints, you will also need to be pre-medicated.
If you are on medication for any other reasons, please continue your scheduled dosages before and after your appointment.

Payment & Insurance Coverage

• We accept Cash, Check, and Major Credit Cards for payment.

• If you have insurance on record, we will file your insurance for you.  You will be held responsible the day of treatment for the estimated portion of what your insurance does not cover. 

• Dr. Kellar is now accepting Delta Dental Premier!
